In Giving Thanks.

On this day of giving thanks for all of God's abundant and undeserved blessings in my life, I have a little something to share with all of you, my readers for whom I am immensely grateful. I have previously mentioned that I was in a season of silence, and as much as I wanted to believe that I was coming out of it, that simply is not true...

I recently read Jessi Connolly's eBook Be Quiet and Say Something, and it resonated big time in my heart for this season that I am in. Therefore, I wanted to officially let y'all know how much I appreciate your love, encouragement, and support as I continue to be quiet. I have no idea how long this season will last (hopefully not too long!), but know that as I seek the Lord and His guidance I have every hope and intention of returning to my little corner of the blogging world when He lets me know that I am ready to really say something.

In this season, I will also be working through Ann Voskamp's 1000 Gifts. My hope is that I will grow closer to my Creator as I recognize the little gifts He gives me every day to simply remind me of His love and sovereignty in my life. I love each of you, dear sisters. Thank you for all of your sweet words, not only here on my blog, but on each of your blogs. Your posts encourage my spirit more than I can say.

"Thanksgiving - giving thanks in everything - prepares the
way that God might show us His fullest salvation in Christ."
