"If you are willing to be lonely - and possibly even misunderstood - God can do great things through you. There will be many who misunderstand and rebel against you, but if you're willing to stand alone, God can use you as a mighty leader!" -F. Chan
I apologize for my absence lately. I have been busy, busy, busy, and only have twenty days until I graduate from college! I am also in my last weeks at my current job and am simultaneously preparing for a national higher ed student development conference (ACSD) that I am going to in early June. It's going to be a crazy few weeks!!
Anyway, the quote above is one of many from Francis Chan, who spoke twice at my university last week. This one in particular hit me hard, as I am still in the process of figuring out what's next and realizing that I will likely be lonely/alone wherever I end up (at least for a little bit). But I am encouraged because all I really want is for the Lord to use me and do great things both in and through me, anyway!
Great things are ahead, and I seriously cannot wait to see them unfold!
